At Lily Daphne Studio, we are dedicated to bringing the timeless soul of classical art into your living spaces. Because each masterpiece in our gallery is **100% individually hand-painted to order** by our master artists, our creations are classified as bespoke, custom-commissioned artworks. 

Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Artworks
Every oil painting is meticulously handcrafted to your specific selections (including size, frame style, and composition). 

   Final Sale Notice:** Due to the personalized nature of bespoke artistry, **all orders are considered final custom commissions and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once the painting process has commenced.**
   Cancellation Window:** If you change your mind, you may request a full cancellation and refund within **24 hours** of placing your order. After 24 hours, materials are prepared and our artists begin their dedicated work, meaning cancellations can no longer be accepted.
   Agreement:** By finalizing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details and agree to this non-returnable policy for custom work.

2. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, please note that according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day cooling-off period **does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods.** Since our artworks are hand-painted to your exact specifications, they are strictly excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Our Quality Guarantee: Damages & Shipping Issues
Your complete satisfaction and peace of mind are our highest priorities. We perform rigorous quality inspections on every canvas before it leaves our studio.

   Transit Damage:** In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately at **support@lilydaphnestudio.com** within **48 hours of delivery**.
   Required Proof:** Please include high-definition photos or videos of the damaged packaging and the affected areas of the canvas.
   Our Resolution:** For confirmed transit damage or defects covered by our quality guarantee, we will immediately arrange a **priority complimentary repaint and replacement** to be shipped to you at our absolute expense.
