Can I request a specific framing option?
Yes, we offer both gallery-wrapped stretched canvas (ready to hang) and rolled canvas (for custom framing). Please specify your preference at checkout or contact us directly to add a custom frame upgrade.
How many revisions do I get on a custom order?
Every custom order includes 1 free minor revision (color and detail adjustments) with your pre-shipping preview. Additional revisions are available for a small fee, confirmed upfront with your quote.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to complete and ship my painting?
Each painting is made to order. Standard production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on size and complexity, followed by careful packaging and worldwide shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer a pre-shipping preview?
Yes. Before we ship your painting, we will send you a high-resolution photo of the completed work for your approval, ensuring you are fully satisfied before it leaves our studio.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers around the world. All paintings are carefully packaged in rigid protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes, rush production (7–10 business days) is available for most orders for a 30% surcharge. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your piece.
Returns & Guarantees
What if my painting arrives damaged?
In the rare event your painting is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Do you accept returns?
Because every painting is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- For in-stock reproduction orders: quality-related issues will be resolved with a replacement or full refund.
- For custom orders: full refund is available before production starts. Once production is approved and shipped, custom artwork is final sale.
Your satisfaction is our priority — if there is any issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Are your reproductions copyright-compliant?
All masterpiece reproductions featured in our store are based on works in the public domain. We do not reproduce copyrighted contemporary art, brand logos or protected content without formal authorization.
